01. Application & Approval
Submission of an application does not automatically create a partnership. The Crest Gate reserves the right to approve or decline applications at its discretion.
02. Lead Registration
Associates must register prospective clients through the designated lead-registration process before introducing or sharing client information with The Crest Gate.
03. Genuine Leads
Associates should submit genuine prospects who have expressed an interest in Dubai real estate. Duplicate, fabricated or unauthorised leads may be rejected.
04. Lead Ownership
Lead recognition and eligibility are determined based on The Crest Gate's records, applicable registration procedures and the circumstances of the introduction.
05. Client Information
Associates are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate permission before sharing a client's contact details with The Crest Gate.
06. Commercial Terms
Commercial arrangements apply only to approved associates and eligible transactions. Applicable terms may vary by project, developer, transaction structure and other conditions.
07. Payment
Any applicable payment is subject to the agreed commercial terms, successful completion of the relevant transaction and receipt of the applicable amount by The Crest Gate, where applicable.
08. No Guaranteed Payment
Registration or introduction of a lead does not by itself guarantee a commercial payment.
09. Professional Conduct
Associates must not make false, misleading or unauthorised representations regarding The Crest Gate, Dubai property projects, returns, pricing, payment plans or transaction outcomes.
10. Use of Brand & Materials
The Crest Gate name, logo, marketing materials and project information may only be used for authorised business purposes and in accordance with instructions provided by The Crest Gate.
11. Confidentiality
Non-public commercial information, client information, pricing arrangements and other confidential information shared with associates must be treated as confidential.
12. Modification or Termination
The Crest Gate may modify, suspend or terminate an associate relationship where required due to business, compliance, performance or other legitimate reasons.
Specific commercial arrangements, where applicable, may be documented separately between The Crest Gate and the approved associate.
